We turn the ‘Golden Rule’: “Treat others as you would like to be treated” into the ‘Platinum Rule’: “Treat others as they would like to be treated”. Workshop 1: The Color of High Performance Teams: Promoting a Culture of Collaboration and Respect (half-day)
A foundational workshop for organizations wishing to create a high-performance team whilst embracing diversity and multiculturalism. This is a fun and interactive workshop.It breaks down barriers between people by creating a safe environment for to learn about their own selves and how they are similar to or different to others. This workshop is extremely effective for helping teams in silo type organizations function more effectively.
Workshop 2: The Color of Communication (3 hours)
A powerful workshop to improve communication skills in teams and individuals.
Workshop 3: The Color of Sales and Selling Across the Generations (3 hours)
This workshop is focused on how to create a great sales team in our multi-generational work environment. It is the most process-focused of the workshops and helps people in the selling profession understand what it is that makes a great sales person, regardless of their “color”. It is ideal for organizations wishing to motivate their sales team, especially if they feel they are naturally sales people.
Workshop 4: Building a Strengths-Based Team for Improved Productivity (3 hours)
We each have unique strengths. When we are in job roles that exploit our strengths, not only do we as individuals excel, but the whole organization performs well.This workshop explores the top five strengths of each of the team members and supports them and their supervisors to ensure they are in the most suitable roles possible for the benefit of all.
Several of the above workshops build upon each other and should be taken in the order presented.
Custom built workshops also available, from half-day to several days.
Each participant takes a simple and quick on-line color-based assessment before the workshop. The cost for each assessment is not included in the above costs.

Unlike many psychological-based assessments, Ntrinsx is based on unique color profiles making it far more fun and engaging.
As the assessments are on-line Cloud-based, the organization’s internal administrator may make the results accessible for public viewing by all participants, thereby increasing the reach and effectiveness of the training.
The maximum class size is 30 participants. Multiple classes are held for a larger organizations.
